Return and Refund Policy
At Trevor Osborne, we aim to ensure
that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you
are not happy with your artwork or service, we offer the following return and
refund policy.
Artwork Returns
- Original Artwork: We want you to be completely
happy with your artwork. If you wish to return a piece, we accept returns
within 14 days of delivery,
provided the artwork is in its original condition. You will be responsible
for the cost of returning the artwork to us. Please contact us before
returning the artwork to receive instructions on how to proceed.
- Commissioned Artwork: As commissioned pieces
are custom-made specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable
unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Damaged or Faulty Items: If your artwork
arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. We may require photographic
evidence of the damage to process a return or replacement. In these cases,
we will cover the return shipping costs and either offer a full refund or
provide a replacement.
Workshops and Classes
- In-Person Workshops: If you need to cancel or
reschedule your booking for a workshop, we require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the
start date. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded, but you may be able to
transfer your booking to a future workshop, subject to availability.
- Online Classes: For online classes or virtual
workshops, cancellations must be made within 72 hours of the scheduled session for a full refund. After
this period, no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend, you
may request access to a recorded version of the session if available.
How to Return an Item?
- Please contact us via email to request a return and
receive a Return Authorization Number.
- Securely package the artwork in its original
packaging, or similar protective materials.
- Return the item within 14 days of receiving it, and provide us with tracking
details.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we
will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original
payment method within 7-10 business
days from receiving the returned artwork, minus the shipping charges
unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.
